Plano, TX and Columbus, OH (August 1, 2003) - Building on a common goal to deliver enterprise management solutions to the OpenVMS community, TDi the leader in enterprise device and application management solutions, and MVP Systems, Inc., the developer of JAMS, a world-class job scheduler, today announced a national marketing and technology partnership. At the foundation of this partnership, a scan file will be created to allow JAMS to seamlessly interface with ConsoleWorks, TDi's Web-based console management software that provides secure enterprise-class remote monitoring and management for systems, networks, critical devices, and applications.

The companies joined forces because of the technical compatibility between their complementary product solutions and a mutual commitment to provide enterprise management software for users who need automated solutions for the OpenVMS, Windows NT/2000 and UNIX/Linux environments.
